Warranty:
1 year warranty on workmanship defects;
2 years warranty on interior baffling;
1) Warranty only covers defects in workmanship and normal wear and tear. Misuse and abuse will not be covered.
2) If repairs is needed, email pictures to Ace Inflatables at ace@inflatables-ace.com;
3) All repairs for Southeastern United States including FL, GA, AL, SC, MS, LA, are to have repairs completed at Bounce Fix 3458 Southwest 74th Ave Ocala, FL. 34474. Email: info@bouncefix.com
4) Repairs made at other repair facilities must be pre-approved by Ace Inflatables.
5) Customer is responsible for shipping expenses for repairs

( poor quality for cheap products from other factories: smaller D ring, poor quality black strap, only sew to seam. Anchor tear after you use a while and you have to pay more to fix it. Not many and strong enough anchor to ensure safe of unit )
