Q: How do I get the price

Q: I want unique products. Can you make the new design for me ?
A: Yes, please send us your requirements and we will give you the good price. Once the order is confirmed and the down payment is paid, we will make the 3D drawings for your confirmation. If you don't like the design, we will modify it based on your opinions. We won't start the production unless you are satisfied with the design.
Q: Will you arrange the shipment ?
A: We can arrange the shipment. There are different shipping ways, international express delivery, air cargo and ocean shipment. We will suggest the appropriate shipping way with good shipping cost. If you are agree with it, we will proceed with it.
Q: How do you start the order ?
A: Once we receive the 50% deposit, we will let you know and start the order.
Q: Can I go to visit your factory ?
A: Yes, we are looking forward to meeting you in our factory.
Q: What kind of thread do you use ?
A: We use 12-strand bonded non-toxic nylon thread, commerical grade for inflatables.
Q: What about the stitching on the corners and stressed points?
A: We do quadruple stitching on the corners and stressed points. Besides, we do quadruple stitching at every joints, beginning and endings.
Q: What certificate can you supply ?
A: For the bouncers, combos, slides and obstacles courses we made, we can supply the EN-14960 certificate and PIPA tag.
Q: Is it free to get the EN-14960 certificate and the PIPA tag ?
A: The EN-14960 certificate is for free and each PIPA tag cost isn't. Don't hesitate to contact us to know the price.
